Hilton Garden Inn Spartanburg

We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was! We would definitely recommend—it is right off of I26 and it feels very fresh, clean, and new. The lobby is incredible and a great space to relax and watch a football game on the large tv or play foosball. The bar was beautiful and big and the bartender was accommodating despite us arriving later in the evening. There was even a nice fire pit for our use right off from the lobby. Rooms including bathrooms are large and clean!! Would definitely stay again!

This place is a true gem. It feels like you are downtown or on a vacation. The ambiance/ cleanliness of the hotel is amazing. The welcoming friendliness of the staff make the experience almost on real. Once you arrive you really don't have to leave for anything it is all right there. Food is great and the specialty drinks that they offer are really a great extension of everything else. This is my new absolute favorite place to go when traveling to Spartanburg area.

Here I sit at 2am unable to sleep in your severely uncomfortable beds. The beds are too hard. I see you tried to fix that by adding cheep mattress pad that only traps heat. Don't stay here if you are prone to hot flashes! The bedding is itchy polyester and the lowest thread count sheets I've ever seen at any hotel. And why why why do all Hilton owned hotels insist on feather pillows?! Overall they went cheap on the construction. Walls are paper thin. I can hear all 20 air handlers on the roof next door, every truck that passes down the highway, and of course the train. Good thing we don't have any neighbors because we would hear each other every time we sneeze! Oh and no heat in the halls. So to go to and from the lobby is a trip through the fridged tundra. And last but not least strange smells in the lobby and common area! There's some sort of diffuser putting out perfume smells that drive me and my husband's allergies crazy! Also had to join their spam list, I mean HH membership just to use the wifi. I'm so glad I'm only staying 1 night. I'm actually tempted to check out now at 2am and drive the rest of my trip home. Or perhaps sleep in my car to get at least a couple hours of sleep. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is the hotel staff was very friendly and rooms are clean. Unfortunately there's nothing they can do about the low quality beds and shoddy building construction.

Close to everything. We stayed while attending the panthers training camp. It was perfect. Very clean! The entire staff is friendly and always smiling. Geoff at the front desk definitely stands out. Friendly and very helpful in answering questions. You can tell he really cares about his job and he wants the guests to feel welcome.Breakfast Buffett was good. Waffles would make a great addition . Pool was nice. . Dinner at hotel was ok but they should add a few more kid friendly items. Highly recommend!

Our family was beyond pleased with our stay. From the moment we walked in, both of the staff members we came in contact with were beyond kind, helpful and truly showed they cared about the guests. My husband was there for a conference just a few minutes away, so my little one and I had to travel back and forth by ourselves to the hotel. We felt safe the entire time. Truly something that made this hotel stand out, was how safe I felt the entire time. The layout of the room was wonderful and also perfect for having a pack and play. You could tell cleanliness was a top priority for this property, but there wasn't an overwhelming "clean smell," which I loved because that always makes it seem there is something to cover up. The only thing I would maybe say could change is just a thicker duvet for the beds, but that is 100% just a personal preference. We are so grateful for how kind the front desk staff were, we did not catch either of their names, but they were wonderful and I will for sure be recommending my clients here for any needs in Spartanburg.
